Technical support will only be given for actual technical matters, and not tutorials on how to use FTP programs or Outlook Express, for example. Technical problems could include: e-mail access problem, site not showing, ftp access problem, enquiry form problem, search engine submissions, enquiries about extra technical aspects of your site...
